Graduate Engineer (BEM) 2–5 yrs exp

Lead civil design packages and coordinate with site teams, authorities and clients.

  • Degree in Civil Eng; BEM Graduate membership.
  • 2–5 years in civil/highway design or infrastructure coordination.
  • AutoCAD / Civil 3D / MX Road proficiency.
Kuching • Full-time
Design Engineer (Geotechnical)
2–5 yrs exp Slope/Foundations Geotech software

Soil investigation, slope stability and foundation design with our structural & highway teams.

  • Civil Eng degree; BEM Graduate membership.
  • Strong soil mechanics fundamentals.
  • Experience with GEO5/PLAXIS or similar is a plus.
Kuching • Full-time
BIM Modeller
Civil/Arch Revit / Civil 3D Navisworks

Build coordinated 3D/4D models for infrastructure projects and support design reviews.

  • Diploma/Degree with BIM certification preferred.
  • Revit/Civil 3D proficiency; Navisworks is a plus.
Site-based
Resident Engineer (RE) / Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE)
2–7 yrs exp Supervision

Oversee construction quality and safety; manage contractor coordination and reporting.

  • BEM Graduate/Professional Engineer (for RE) preferred.
  • Experience supervising infrastructure works.
Site-based
Inspector-of-Works (Civil)
3–5 yrs exp QA/QC

Carry out inspections, verify works against drawings/specs and assist the RE/ARE.

  • Diploma/Certificate in Civil Eng; SPQM/SMQ is an advantage.
  • Familiar with lab/material testing.
Kuching • Internship
Engineering Intern (Civil/Structural)
12–24 weeks Mentored Office + Site

Hands-on exposure to design tools, site visits and submissions. Get real portfolio pieces.

  • Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
